Kevin Fusi
Owner & Center Manager
Kevin graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1999 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He has served every role
imaginary in corporate and public fitness including Personal Trainer,
Group Exercise Instructor & Director, Customer Service, Sales,
Management, and Ownership.  Kevin was a competitive swimmer starting
at age 8 until his sophomore year at UNH, and also participated in
triathlons during that time. In his spare time he swims just for fun, brews
his own beer, and plays golf when time allows. He currently lives in
Rumford & enjoys all things sports and/or competitive.
Laura Giannotti
Assistant Manager, Customer Service Specialist
Laura, originally from Amherst, New Hampshire, graduated from Roger
Williams University with a degree in Anthropology and Sociology in 2004. She
was actively involved in her schools many clubs, including the Campus
Entertainment Network, Dance Club, and more. While in school she studied in
Florence, Italy and traveled to Germany, France, and Switzerland. In 2007
Laura decided to travel more and moved to Sydney, Australia for 5 months.
She enjoys learning about different cultures, the outdoors, and working out.
Shaun Pacheco
Personal Trainer, Customer Service Specialist
Shaun has worked in many areas of health and fitness including General
Health and Fitness, Competitive Bodybuilding, Nutritional counseling, and
Supplementation Education.  Shaun studied marketing at Bristol
Community College and holds certifications through the National
Association of Body and Fitness.  Shaun's energy and dedication to the
goals of those he trains are limitless.  His training sessions are a great
balance of instruction and education.  He strives to build a supportive and
nurturing personal relationship with all of his clients no matter their
experience level.
Sarah Haley
Customer Service Specialist
Formally a member of the National Honor Society and an honors graduate of
Joseph Case High School, Sarah currently attends the University of
Massachusetts-Dartmouth, majoring in Biology. While in high school, Sarah
participated in athletics, such as track, and received a certificate as a
Teaching Aid, which she completed in three years. Since she was little, Sarah
has volunteered with the Friends of the Bluffs Ocean Grove Neighborhood
Association, where she helped run events. Sarah enjoys working out, being
outdoors, swimming and boating. Scrap booking and photography are two of
her favorite hobbies.
Holly-Lyn graduated from Plymouth State University in 2004 where she
obtained a degree in Meteorology.  During her four years there she was
the Undergraduate Intern for Recreation in which she supervised
Intramurals, and helped out with Group Ex, hiring, budgeting, and
scheduling of all Rec employees.  She also played Field Hockey for two
years and was part of the inaugural Woman’s Ice Hockey team. Since then
she's coached Track & Field at Somerset High and currently teaches
Technology Education at Whitman Middle School.  Holly-Lyn enjoys
reading, working out, playing with her bulldog and she has also begun
doing freelance photography work on the side.

Cat Johansen
Customer Service Specialist
Cat graduated from North Attleboro High School in 2008 and is currently
enrolled at Bridgewater State College’s honors program where she is
majoring in Physics. There, she is president of the Commuter Association
and is involved in the Physics and Science Clubs. Cat played soccer and
softball in high school and has been participating in martial arts for many
years. In her free time Cat is an avid reader and loves working out. Coming
from part time jobs both in retail and fast food, she is psyched to have a job
where she gets to meet people and be involved in the fitness profession.  
Colby Beausoleil
Customer Service Specialist
A 2005 honors graduate from Bishop Stang, Colby now attends the
University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and is completing her Bachelor’s
degree in Biology. She was involved in campus ministry and class retreats
throughout all of high school as well as captain of the cheerleading team.
Colby was vice president her freshman year of college and hopes to go to
grad school to obtain a dual Masters in Business and Public Health. She
enjoys summer days at the beach, tennis, working out, shopping, and
taking her labradoodles for walks. Colby has visited China and hopes to
travel more in the future.
Walter Mederios

Walt has a wealth of sport and fitness experience derived from his time as a
track athlete, collegiate football player and coach, and a fitness trainer in the
Army.  He served as an assistant football and strength coach at Case High
School.  Walter helps to train people for a variety of goals ranging from
general fitness to sport specific or even career-based tests.   
Anne Marie Tschirch
Personal Trainer
A Swansea native, Anne Marie has been in the fitness industry for over 28
years.  She competed in a bodybuilding event at the age of 43!  "It was one
of the toughest things I've ever done," she says, "But I proved to myself that
you can do anything you want if you want it bad enough."  She specializes
in nutrition counseling, strength training, and muscle conditioning.  Anne
Marie has helped those of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals!
Chad Cabecerias
Personal Trainer
Chad graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a
Masters in Kinesiology from Bridgewater State College. Some of his
specialties include Sports Specific, Plyometric, and Core Training. He is also
a certified Physical Education teacher. Chad grew up in Fall River, and is a
motorcycle enthusiast. He loves sports and plays in a softball league during
the summer.
Sue Adams
Personal Trainer
Sue is an I.S.S.A. and N.A.B.F. Certified Personal Trainer. Sue has been
working with clients of all ages  for the last 13 years. Her personal
experience ranges from competitive natural bodybuilding to marathon
running.  She believes that every goal is attainable!!
Paul holds two Associate’s degrees, in Liberal Studies and Occupational
Therapy from Bristol Community College.  He is a certified and licensed
Occupational Therapy Assistant and member of the American Occupational
Therapy Association.  He is also a Third Degree Master Reiki practitioner
along with 23 years experience in muscle therapy.  Paul has collaborated with
various healthcare professionals i.e.: medical doctors, physical therapists and
chiropractors. To expand and refine his knowledge in his field, Paul
participates in ongoing seminars and courses related to muscle therapy and
wellness.
