MIXED LEVEL STEP: Step aerobics integrated with concentrated sculpting, ending with ab work and stretching.

PILATES: For all fitness levels! Core conditioning exercises based on Joseph Pilates, emphasizing abdominal strength, stabilization, and posture. Small apparati such as Pilates circle, physioball, and theraband may be used. .

SPINNING: The original Johnny G cycling program with adaptable resistance, allowing individuals of any fitness level to participate in this low impact, yet intense workout. All levels welcome in any spinning class!

BODY SCULPT: The full body strength training class! Geared for the beginner to advanced, using light to moderate hand weights to challenge all major muscle groups of the body.

HI/ LO: A class focusing on interval training, alternating bouts of cardio with strength training. Hand weights and a stability ball are used for strength moves. This class is perfect for anyone who is intimidated by complex choreographed classes, and you'll get a full body workout!

BIKINI BOOT CAMP: A fun, total body, totally butt kicking workout that combines kickboxing, aerobics, calisthenics, and strength training to blast away fat and sculpt long lean beautiful muscles, just in time for bikini season!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Looking for a total body workout that totally kicks butt? How about a way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength? Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.

BOOT CAMP: Has a drill sergeant type instructor and is composed of basic calisthenics, and running. There will be progressive exercises but come ready to do push-ups, sit-ups and run!

STRENGTH FOR LIFE: A specially designed strength training class developed by a Physical Therapist. This class will improve strength and bone density. It is designed for active older adults and can be taken sitting or standing.

GET ON THE BALL: Dedicated to strengthening your core. This class will help flatten your stomach, improve your posture, and decrease low back pain utilizing stability balls, hand weights, and your own body as resistance.

JUST MY RIDE: A 45 minute cruising lass that will keep your heart rate up. This highly instructive class will teach beginners everything they need to know and more experienced spinners wheeling along at their own personal choice of resistance.

BUTTS N GUTS: Incorporate a mix of exercises to tone those glutes & sculpt a shapely set of legs. This class takes ab training to another level through standing and mat-based training. All levels welcome!
